How We Share Information

Freedom Families Foundation does not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the organization or website, such as website hosting, email, security, donation-processing, or other technology providers. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information submitted through our website. However, no website, email system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the initial Grant Inquiry unless specifically requested.

Data Retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable grant-administration, legal, tax, accounting, security, and nonprofit recordkeeping needs.
